This evolution spotlighted real-world stories from groundwater experts whose skill, responsibility, and dedication form the backbone of the industry. Through authentic narratives and customer-driven pride, it helped position Franklin Electric not just as a manufacturer but also as a partner who understood and supported the people behind the work. The call to action invited these professionals to share what made them proud and why their role was essential—reinforcing that Behind Every Drop is a Story.

The campaign delivered a strong measurable impact across the Americas, generating more than 45 stories from groundwater professionals in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America and providing content for 25+ unique print ads. It earned a “Top-5 Ad” score in the industry’s leading national publication and outperformed both industry and category benchmarks by keeping customers engaged and strengthening brand preference. Digitally, the campaign drove more than 615,000 impressions, demonstrating broad reach and reinforcing the power of authentic, customer-led storytelling.
